anyways, if you visit this artist's etsy shop, you can see all thier proceeds go toward an adoption fund for thier sister. they are trying to adopt a child from ethiopia and it turns out that children are pretty damn expensive. not only that, but the money will go to the orphanage in addis ababa, ethiopia that care for hiv+ little babies. sad.

Fair Enough

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates but for the record I'm mad busy trying to open up our new shop, in the meantime here are some shots Shelbs, Baby trev and I took at the Puyallup Fair last Saturday. If you havent been to the fair before you are only missing out on the best junk food in the world, the best rides in WA and the flyest weaves and nails this side of the Mississip. The best thing I ate hands down was the Young Life roast beef samiches and the best ride was the wooden roller coaster. Next year be there or be L7...........

Summer in Seattle almost gone :(

Last Sunday Shelbs and I got a chance to spend the afternoon boating on Lake Washington with our friends Michelle,Junior and Robert. What great weather we had for the outing. It's so nice to be out in the calm of the lake where you can leave all the hustle and noise from the city behind and just get some time to relax and enjoy our beautiful lake. We got to swim, do some wake boarding,eat some fried chicken and just plain old relax with a beer in the sun. Thanks to Jun and Michelle for having us out.

Feed the Pheed

Phil has always been cutting edge when it comes to cooking and creating new dishes and food combos that the laymen may never have thought of, and last Sunday's b-fast was no exception. His new favorite dish he to make is "The Open Face String Cheese Sammy". I definitely think this one will be hitting the mainstream food circuit soon. Here is how you can make yourself one:

string the cheese onto stale bread on a clean surface like your jeans
make sure to completely cover the bread with the cheese (2 sticks may be needed)
and Ta Da! your meal is made !
the secret to enjoying this meal is to eat the whole piece in one bite !!!

PK the lil , BIG homie

PK the lil BIG homie was home for a couple days last week from his current residence in NYC. I used to thug out big with my dude way back when , in fact we used to have huge MD 20/20 party's in my backyard of the Ballard crib almost every Sunday . Lots of booze , lots of Street Sounds on KEXP and a roll call of names for B-mello to shout out on air. Man I miss those days. Well safe to say PK is the same old PK with a pinch of NY on his tongue and a tad more Gweedo in his step. We had a great time reminiscing and getting crunk , we did a lil slap boxing which turned PK into the HULK-A-MANIA steez which ended in a great neck grab to submission hold on me on the ground of 611 !!!!! HAHAHAHA man do we have a good time ! Nice seeing you PK and Im gonna be at you up NYC soon. Here are some pictures from the weeks blur:
