Fast Times


Corey Delaney, also known as Corey Worthington of Melbourne, Australia threw a party while his parents were gone. It got out of hand, 500 people showed up, and eventually involved the police. Corey appeared on a news show to talk about it, but the desire to remain cool trumped his remorse.

Upper Left Tattoo Art Showcase

Here are some pics I took on my lil digi crapper from the opening night! Lots of fun and lots of great art. My favorites were the newcomers Emily and Asher from Liberty Tattoo. I always love seeing the flash art and when the artist's consist of my friends Jami King,Matt Arriola,Vinse one,Damon and Marco you know its not to be missed.



















The show is at ZERO ZERO on Pine and Summit across from the old Winner's Circle. The show will be on display from now until February 11th. Really great stuff down there make sure and check it out!

funny old video interviewing some of NY's old school graffiti heavy weights. Its amazing to me how much graffiti used to be such a key part of "hip hop" culture. It is more like a subculture to skateboarding and inner city hustling for todays youth. Just a thought.

Corey talks with Lemmy about how he helped her kick junk and Duane.... well Duane is easily one of the coolest West Coast Punk icons around and to see him doing a doc on cleaning up is inspirational.

So I was whistler, canada and came across this pretty sweet awesome store that just opened in november. it's called f as in frank and they carry vintage hip hop type clothes, crazy shirts, crew necks, neon windbreakers, dookie chains and stuff like that. they do business with Fruition in las vegas apparently!

Midnight Ice Cream





It has been a decade (and some change) coming but they finally got the ball rolling, Midnight Ice Cream is set to do big things in 2008.
First and foremost it reps our Seattle street life like no other,as well as spotlights the local talent you might not catch on a Manik video.We plan on dropping the new fleece pieces at the Winner's Circle early next week. I used to set this as Frosty's desktop background all last year as a referral to the nickname "Buzzard Boy" I gave him for scavenging leftovers off everyone's plates. It used to piss him off so bad that he would change all the network passwords at ICE to things like "your a dick" or "thanks asshole" so that I couldn't connect with out having to bug him, and then I would have to guess which of his vulgar phrases would open the network. Pure classic office comedy.

Great News in medicine for Capitol Hills "upper crust"


Two Baylor College of Medicine researchers in Houston are working on a cocaine vaccine they hope will become the first-ever medication to treat people hooked on the drug. "For people who have a desire to stop using, the vaccine should be very useful," said Dr. Tom Kosten, a psychiatry professor who is being assisted in the research by his wife, Therese, a psychologist and neuroscientist. "At some point, most users will give in to temptation and relapse, but those for whom the vaccine is effective won't get high and will lose interest."
